The purpose of this exercise is to simulate a situation of intergroup conflict within an organization, to observe and experience the feelings generated by such competition, and to examine strategies for developing collaboration between organization units.
Use the transcript created in Part 1 to reflect on feelings and responses. As part of the presentation, reflect on the scenario and include details of the transcript created in Part 1.
Include the following in your presentation: Describe the effective questions asked to gather information from the client and the spouse. Show where you demonstrated paraphrasing and summarization of the responses. Discuss how you demonstrated empathy through reflection.
Provide the facilitator and other Learning Teams with a copy of the transcript created in Part 1. Provide a summary of each article you reviewed, including your thoughts on the article and whether or not you agree with what was presented.
